Poppy styled dish Empty Poppy styled dish

Can anyone tell me anything about this dish? It was found among my step grandmother’s antique. She collected until sometime in the 1960s or so. It is in the shape of a poppy and has another poppy with a bud sculpted at the top. Th edges are very thin and delicate. It is about 8-9inches across. Poppy styled dish 62319310

The marks are 15.49 stamped in and a number 7 handpainted.

I still can find nothing about this dish. I would love to know who the manufacturer is and when it may have been made.

Quite possibly wide of the mark, but it looks very similar to some Franz pieces I have seen.
