Midcentury Child Figurine with Incomplete Mark Empty Midcentury Child Figurine with Incomplete Mark

I had this one for years in the hope that one day I might have a Eureka moment. The makers mark seems to form a feather and I suspect it might be European porcelain most likely former Soviet block….?
