Ian Saul. Pier St Ventnor c1954-1978.
21 High St Ventnor 1982-01,
Combined it with running a gift shop, and tile making over the years.

54-78 was Ian and Michael Saul (brothers), I imagine this piece is on the latter side of that date range.

82-91 (closed in Dec 91) it was just Ian I believe and seems the mark was just "Saul" for those years.

Basically they opened a gift shop I believe in 49 and turned to making pottery during the off-season from 54, as "The gift shop was a dead loss off-season!". They were self taught using some "teach yourself" pottery books they had.
