A lot of these types of two-tone, Czech and Murano style glass bon-bon bowls are being imported from China. Unless they have an etched maker’s mark then assume it’s a Chinese piece.

Being imported in the past couple of decades. I don’t see any signs of wear on the base of yours so I’d think it’s was fairly new
