Slipware prawn on terracotta bowl, signed ROW Empty Slipware prawn on terracotta bowl, signed ROW

Hopefully photo issues solved  I came across this nice terracotta based slipware tray dish today a good quality item may be very very modern or have a History to it,with a signature of  ROW any help to identify would be appreciated thank you
