I met the father of this wonderful thoughtful potter via ebay, who introduced me to her site, see below.

The "Tidal" collection is my favourite, not just because of the pots, but her conscious intent to try to make something that people would feel inclined to pick up. If you click on portfolio you can read more, it is well worth a look.

Anna Whitehouse Empty Raku pot, AW mark - Anna Whitehouse

Small raku pot with a slight glazed recess at the top. The mark looks to my eyes like AW. Any help with identification much appreciated, thank you.

I am embarrassed to say I thought it very familiar, and it ought to be really, her dad alerted me to her work a year or so back.
