i came across this 1950's vase or pitcher. very much in the style of french or italian origin.
any ideas on the "RC" or "RE" signature?

Not his mark I’m afraid, and I’m not seeing the quality I’d expect of one of the more well known potters. I’ve seen a similarly marked vase which was quite rough and heavy. Labelled European but otherwise unidentified.
