Sweet Little Italian Piggy Bank - Unknown Maker Empty Sweet Little Italian Piggy Bank - Unknown Maker

Hello again,
Has anyone got any idea who might have made this very cute little piggy bank? He is well made with a glossy turquoise glaze decorated with stars.
His belly bears a hand painted Italy mark with number. I guess he dates to the 1960s/70s?
He measures 3.5" long.
Any ideas gratefully received.
