I’ve have a couple of these too but not managed to ID them. I thought it might be Margaret Leach’s Wye Valley mark but it’s probably not.

Would agree with Naomi. Moulded. No real talent in the slip decoration. An incised unknown signature. Basically 'hobby potter' is a polite let down. Could be anyone.
