Mark looks familiar but it's not coming back to me. They have caught the cat rather well, no face or lower head only the impression of one.

possibly ‘md’ for Moorside Designs but I’ve not seen one with a stamp before

Thanks, seeems a good shout. I had a look and there are some with this stamp on fleabay but....may well be attributed to 'at best' intention on there. They were all the smaller ones as well like mine is.

I have this cat, I think possibly midcentury with a mark I cannot make out, I think its URS but I cannot find anything on the net.

I've just been given two pigs which a friend found in a charity shop which have the same mark - thank you for the help with ID!
