Tiffany & Company New York

I'll stick this here, don't think there is a Tiffany thread but assume this is made by someone else for Tiffany? Lot of brown staining to the front edges.

Can't read the rest - assume ...1930? 1940?

Transfer hand coloured.

It has a Royal Doulton stamp too. I have several cups and saucers somewhere. I think they were a commission for some of the stores in the US In the early 20th Century, but also retailed in the U.K. without the Tiffany stamp

The ‘brown staining’ looks like orange brown enamel painted round the rim
