Please can you help me ID the artist of this ink and watercolour painting of a girl and horse - it looks to be signed by someone with the surname of RUSH (cant make out the first name) and what looks like BBC? and perhaps 1977.

Any help would be appreciated.

"Peter Rush BBC TV '77". Rush (b. 1937) worked as an illustrator on "Jackanory" for may years.
