I’ve seen the mark before but not ID it. If I had to guess then I think it may be from Cyprus

Well I think almost certainly European, and I have come across that style of floral decoration before on vases which unfortunately were also unidentified but from Southern Europe - Portugal-Spain-Italy-Mediterranean area
