Raku Sculpture marked S

I hope this is the right place to ask about sculptures ... it is after all a raku piece. I bought it on a French bootsale. The French pottery forum Placedelours has discussed a previous raku sculpture enquiry with the same S mark. Unfortunately, they did not arrive at a solution. So, I thought I would see if anyone here can tell me who made this. It stands at 40cm/16" high. Thank you for looking ...
