Little cup with bike chain for a handle Empty Little cup with bike chain for a handle

I have exhausted my research limits on this one. I got the bike chain maker down to France in the 80's for a racing bike but available worldwide. The tip of the pin holding the chain in place is the only mark I can find on the item. I had to use a magnifying glass to get the image. Really cool piece and would like to know the maker...Thanks
