Many years back I bought this floor lamp but was never able to ID it. I have seen this lamp before though...once on an Italian website and once (coincidence or not) when randomly watching a 1978 Muppet Show episode starring Raquel Welch and Miss Piggy (see screenshot). There are no marks for manufacturer or country of origin.  Hopefully someone knows more about this lamp.
