British/American Political Cartoon with Signature - FMB? Empty British/American Political Cartoon with Signature - FMB?

Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me identify this cartoon signed 'FMB'. I think it might be British or American judging by the symbolism and I have tried researching the initials as well as a few cartoon directories. If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
