I was thinking Bath as in the abbey where the swans swim around and ring a ding the bell for food!

Thinking about the marks. I wonder if it could be Abbotsbury Swannery in Dorset? The name fits with the marks, and it is the only swannery in the country. If you google it the name Roger Gilding comes up as having a pottery at Abbotsbury.
