Modernist Brooch marked 925 and signed Quinn / Ouinn

Can anyone help me Id the maker of the attach brooch which is marked 925 and signed but hard to read - please help

Thank you for your quick response - I have tried to take another clearer photo but its such a tiny mark not sure it will be of help but by chance I noticed another hallmark to the side which I have included a photo of - it looks like a two character mark with the second character perhaps an S with 925 and what looks like an Omega symbol and finally what looks like a U.
