Need help identifying pottery

Hi, would anyone be able to assist me on these two pieces? Any info would be hugely appreciated.

The bottom one has a Max Roesler mark.

Top one looks like a Japanese mark, although the pattern looks Iznik in style.

It just says Go in Japanese. I don't know what it means in regards to pottery.
