I should be very pleased if anyone can help me to identify the signature on the bowl shown below. The signature is handwritten. I can make out what I think is  I or J skper. Your help much appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestion. It is very close to Israel but I think the last letter looks more like an r. I shall certainly pursue Israeli potters and post my findings, kind regards
