Thanks, it is a very tactile object. Thought it might have been 4 Winds Pottery, which have an impressed wheel and 4 dots mark?? Can't even make out the lettering 'Cuxa' ? Just wished potters were a little clearer with their marks, but then we wouldn't have so much fun trying to ID them!

Yes, I can well imagine how tactile it is. We have one or two that are similar in storage, but without any marks.
I find it so frustrating when something so good, in my opinion, with nice clear marks... and it cannot be identified. So many pots like this about though & tis one of the reasons why I had to reign myself in whilst browsing the car boots.
Hopefully there is someone out there that will recognise it. Its bumped back to the top of the list with my response, so fingers crossed for you Charlie.
