ART DECO PRESSED GLASS CANDLE HOLDER ? Empty ART DECO PRESSED GLASS CANDLE HOLDER ?

Heavy, pressed clear crystal bowl measures 5" dia. and 3 1/4" high. Sunken 3/4" dia hole in centre possibly for a candle. No signs of makers mark. Good quality. Anyone have any idea who could have designed/made this and possible age. Thanks.
