Puffer Fish Figurine. Identification Needed.
Please help me with identifying the fish figurine which, in my view, might have a Scandinavian origin (please see the pictures).
The format of the inscribed signature and three letters is quite reminiscent of how Gunnar Nylund used to mark his "alphabet models" during 1940s-1960s.
I wonder if this 8.4 cm (3.31 in) puffer fish can be attributed to one of the ceramicists from the Gunnar Nylund's circle at Rörstrand or Nymølle Keramik or to someone who in any other way can be associated with Gunnar Nylund or Scandinavian studio ceramics of the 1950s-1960s era? Maybe by style, technique, glaze or general feel in combination with the "alphabet model" marking.
I have also included links to two other fish figurines which have a virtually identical shape and one of them has a running glaze evocative of the Nylund's works at Nymølle. Both pieces have ended up in the USA and persons who sell them have no information about the origin of the figurines.

Re: Puffer Fish Figurine. Identification Needed.
Sorry, for various reasons such as ebay deleting listings after 3 months, and we are a non-commerical group, links to ebay and etsy sales are not allowed (although under certain circumstances they are allowed in the Lava Lounge). But you're welcome to save the pictures to Pinterest and post the links instead.

Possibly signed Cox, US. From America?
I'm not seeing the quality I'd expect from someone like Nylund, so more likely to be made in an area that catches puffer fish, for sale to tourists.
