Mystery hand painted sugar sifter -staff?
Hi
Any ideas on this one? It's a rather charming hand painted sugar sifter featuring flowers and trees. By its style I would think Edwardian 1900-1920.
The range/pattern appears to be 'Marina'. It has a number of 6574 (though this seems too short for a registration number). Height of just over 7 inches.
If anyone has any ideas at all on maker (or anything really!), I'll be grateful as I'm at a dead end. Cheers!

Re: Mystery hand painted sugar sifter -staff?
I would say a little later 1920s/30s.
Almost certainly Staffordshire, but not Midwinter or Royal Winton.

Ah..Royal Winton was one of my "possibilities" because I thought the "hand painted Made in England" font was very similar to this.

Mind you that would have been a very common font in the 1920s. Thanks for the reply.
