Strange foreign looking elongated jug

Have got this today as looked quite intriguing looks to have a design on with a prehistoric man and dinosaur, cave art? Cannot really tell what it is made of maybe sandstone, has the number 102 on the bottom. Can anyone throw any light on it. Thank you.

It looks European, maybe German ? And that is my uneducated guess for the day.

My even more uneducated guess would be French provincial pottery!
