Hi

Not unappealing in it's way. I expected to see a paint ring stamp on the base for somewhere local to Torquay but seems blank of any marks.

I think you’re right that it’s one of the Torquay ware Potteries, but I can’t think which one off hand. I think it’s more likely to be thrown than coiled
