Identify this happy monk ceramic decanter for liqueur?
Hi
This little chap is a decanter for liqueur. The monk lifts out - he is a cork.
There are (apparently) half a dozen little barrels that are cups for serving into.
Any ideas as to approximate date or manufacturer?
I have found online something of similar form, but not a decanter - a set of bar tools - called 'Happy Monk' hence my title.
Thank you!

Best guess is Japanese or Italian c.70s, but you’re unlikely to find the manufacturer
