Can anyone identify this vase with a lid, whether it’s by a recognised potter or a hobbyist. it has 2 letters within a heart shape at the base.

Not a mark I’ve come across before. Looks 1970s in style. Helps to have a photo of the base to check clay colour and firing method - it might be French
