Dish with hand painted face signed Meso or Ines? Empty Dish with hand painted face signed Meso or Ines?

Just over 3 inches diameter. Reminds me of Picasso but i don't think it is. It's hard to make out what the mark says. Any ideas?

I saw one recently which was Tveso or similar. I think it might have come from Greece or Cyprus but that’s as much as I vaguely remember

INES seems to be a portugese name. Google gives an Ines Selgado who gives ceramic workshops in Lisbon. Would tine in with the colour of the base pottery. But also a couple of other potters.
