Hand painted fish mug WHLS mark - Portugal?

Does anyone recognise the makers mark please.

I’ve come across the mark before, on a bowl also decorated in this design. I could be wrong but i don’t think it’s British. It reminds me of Porches Pottery in Portugal so maybe from that part of the world

Yes thanks Naomi I was thinking along the same lines that it might be Spanish/Portuguese maker. I have three mugs all the same design but each was is slightly different in size and shape. Very nicely done. Will post if mark ever identified. Thank you.
