Defiinitely not Bernard Forrester. Have got several of his pieces, including a couple of early ones. His mark on these pieces is a painted capital F in black. He never incised his work like this. Also the style is entirely wrong.

Might be a late Torquay ware piece (50s?) when they were a bit more abstract
