Porcelain bowl with hand painted decoration. Empty Porcelain bowl with hand painted decoration.

Porcelain bowl with hand painted decoration. I do not believe this was made recently. The mark looks like MH, with a blob obscuring part of the M, not sure whether this was intended or not.
Any ideas as to the maker welcomed, thank you.
