I can't read this backstamp. A couple of words look like Stoved and Barnes.  Any ideas please.

I think it says Born In Barnes

Do you Naomi? I've looked and looked at it, and though it could be John M. Barnes, but you could well be correct. Its such a sweet little thing.

You could be right, that would explain the full stop after the middle initial
