ID Table Lamp with tubular arm and mushroom shade? Empty ID Table Lamp with tubular arm and mushroom shade?

Hi all, looking for an ID on this table lamp. Looks like similar lamps from Paul Mayen, Fagerhults, Gepo, but I think is American made due to patent pending mark at base of arm and UL tags. Steel arm, enameled metal base and shade, cast iron under base has some sort of serial number but no logo. Any ideas?
