Yugoslavia 1970 studio pottery deer & eagle plate

This plate cane with a label - purchased at Mostar, Yugoslavia - Sept 1970.
The story I was told from the lady who sold it was that she went to a pottery symposium in 1970 and bought this dish.
There was an international ceramics symposium in Czechoslovakia in 1970 ( good old internet)
.Does anyone know if this looks right for Yugoslav pottery of 1970. Any possible maker? No mark

Not studio pottery imo. Looks like traditional Yugoslavian pottery, so could have been old or new when she bought it

i don’t know when holes were adopted but as they didn’t have cupboards or tables in the old days they could hang them on the wall
