Any ideas? 5” tall, red body

Hi, yes it has hole in base and at back.
ideas it could be a lamp led me online to v. similar pieces (same mould I would think) with the top half of head too, some of which are lamps.
One is definitely marked Dartmouth - -see photos. But my one is a red body which I think is t right for Dartmouth.
