Moulded stoneware seal figurine incised Scotland

Couldn’t find same seal online.
5.5” long, Scotland and another set of initials? On base as well as London Design centre sticker - maybe points towards 1970s date.

The label suggests 1960s to me and it is a mark of quality as such but I don't recall seeing anything like the seal before.

Slightly strange finding the label on the seal . But I have seen them on a wide range of odd items over the years.
