I think it’s modern Chinese pretending to be Japanese satsuma. It’s a crackle glaze porcelain whereas Satsuma is a glazed earthenware. But it might be from another part of Japanese. The mark looks a bit similar to the Moriage one you posted

It does say Dai Nippon (Great Japan) across the top if you rotate it clockwise a quarter. The rest is a mystery.

There are a lot of modern Chinese, Taiwan and Thailand decorators pieces on the market atm, which pretend to be Staffordshire, Japanese, etc. I think this is one of those.
