Vase IIR TIR or HIR Mark - Töpferei Römhild

I am having difficulty identifying the mark on this vase and was hoping perhaps someone here has seen it previously and could provide some insight. This is a small vase measuring approximately 5-3/4 inches (14.6 cm) tall with a thick multi-colour drip glaze. The base has an impressed mark that appears to be either T/R, H/R or I/R.
