Hi- I found this vase as a garage sale. It has such an unusual glaze, I'm wondering if this method has a name and am also curious about the process. It's signed York '71 on the bottom and would love any information about the artist as well. Thanks in advance!

The glaze looks like it’s had too much tin in the mix. It’s either a second, and the potter kept it for reference, or it’s by a hobby potter. Some potters would have re-fired it
