Beautiful bud vase with Art Nouveau-type decoration - signed PC? Empty Beautiful bud vase with Art Nouveau-type decoration - signed PC?

I have a stylish bud vase with an Art Nouveau style of scroll decoration which is in a contrasting, iridescent finish.  It has initials on the base which are either PC or AA - depending on which way you turn the vase.  It measures 7" in height and 5" at its widest.  It came from a relative's collection which also included some Poole pottery, so I'm wondering if there is a connection to that area.  I would really appreciate if someone could identify who the maker is please?

Thanks Ben - yes it is! I love it, but just know nothing about it as yet. It's beautifully made.
