Footed Bowl by Abbaye de Fontgombault, Poitiers France
Couldn't resist this - so well made. But it is marked on the base ... and on the side!
Marks on the base could be:
VI on the left then a cross on the right top.
The main mark could be 'Fouet'
Then under that perhaps a line.
Then under that what could 'France' ... if it is then the main mark may end with an 'e'
The mark on the side seems to be 'f' then two small lines ... sorry to be so vague - but I'm giving it my best shot.
This looks pretty new.
It stands 2.5 inches high and has a diameter of 6 inches.
Any suggestions will be great to hear ... thanks a lot.

Well ... that didn't take long ... its the Abbaye de Fontgombault - just north of Poitiers in France. Thanks to Frank Z on the French Pottery Forum.
