Slipware Jug - Clive Bowen ?

11 cm tall, red body.
I bought it as Clive Bowen and I’m just checking it really is before I find it another home.
It all seems right to me but I don’t want to make mistakes ( again!)

mmmmmm…….Its the eternal problem with unmarked items. Who Knows? Especially in small jugs like this, where there is not a great deal of room for a top potter like Clive Bowen to express himself. Any provenance? (essential in unmarked items).

Just bought from a seller in North Devon.

North Devon obviously fits. But if you purchased via Ebay…..Entirely down to the seller. and provenance. Unmarked items are a nightmare, literal fact.

Base looks different but it starts getting really tricky! And she’s a Devon maker too.
