ID please flowers lid Empty ID please flowers lid

8ve recently bought a job lot of Noritake/Nippon China some of it extremely beautiful. There's also a few pieces by Thomas Bevington Imari pattern and a damaged parian cherub. Also as I've already posted, a Karl Ens figurine.

This beautiful lid was in there too. No sign of its bottom unfortunately. Do you know who could have made this? ID please flowers lid 20191113

Probably impossible to tell but if it's English maybe Derby or Coalbrookdale.
