This is a charming watercolour painting with a gallery label to the reverse for Elizabeth Wintgen in Marlow, Great Missenden and Bourne End -sadly the galleries are no longer around so I cannot contact them to help Id the artist.  The figures are very distinctive with large eyes and heads and spaghetti arms!  Can anyone please help me id this.
