I’m afraid I don’t know individual potter’s or kiln marks, but it looks like Japanese hagi-ware. I think it’s fairly recently made - late 20thC - because hagi ware is porous and discolours over time, with use, but this looks fairly fresh

Thankyou Naomi.. it is Hagi ware.. just found read rough hagi is called Oni Hagi and smooth is called
Hime-Hagi. Obviously this being the smooth..
