Wonderful small (honey) pot, but I cannot interpret he mark

Hallo all.
I purchased this small (3.5" tall) pot the last time I was in Scotland. I love its shape and colour. The lid is especially delightful: it has a deep, heavy 'drop' which has been glazed inside.
I'm struggling to read the markings on the base, so can anybody please help me to read these?

I've continued to look, without success, to identify the maker of this pot. So, I've taken a few extra photographs and tried to enhance the mark to see whether anybody can interpret the mark.
