Large studio bowl, 3 handles, no mark Empty Large studio bowl, 3 handles, no mark

Neat
Rly 18” across, speckled greeny- blue glaze, red body.
Heavy but well made. Not a new piece- I forgot I left it in Mum’s loft 20 years ago and it was a piece I picked up 2nd hand.
Any ideas?

It looks a studio pottery piece, rather than anything like the Devon potteries ever did.
