Is that DOVE? If so, a quick Google search reveals a Dove Street Pottery run by David Wordsley in Saltaire West Yorkahire, He makes functional pottery.

There are several Dove Potteries. The style points to Paul Stubbs at The Dove Centre in Butleigh who is now in Keinton Mandeville, although I also have a note for him being at Dove Workshops, Glastonbury, Somerset
